- Develop event sponsorship opportunities, and entitlements at each level.
- Create and mail exhibitor packet, for table top displays to convention center-sized exhibit halls.
- Respond to inquiries for exhibit space and follow up with leads.
- Receive exhibitor registrations and payment; maintain database of exhibitor responses and provide regular updates and financial summaries to Client.
- Act as primary liaison with exhibitors and communicate details with regards to booth space assignment and any other set up information.
- Placement of exhibitors at the show/finalizing floor plan and serve as liaison with facility and/or show decorator.
- Facilitate feedback from exhibitors to determine the value of the event; including evaluation forms collected and tabulated; or a meeting with a select group of exhibitors.

The Meeting Planning Options can be customized based on Client needs and budget. A total fee for our services is determined based on the estimated hours to complete the project as defined in a customized agreement, with regards to size and scope of project and estimated number of attendees.
Our fee does not include expenses associated with the project such as postage, phone, travel, printing, facility costs, freelance graphic designer, copies, etc. Our total fee for services is billed in equal installments for the duration of the project. Adjustments can be made for services not rendered. Likewise, additional fees may be assessed for unanticipated tasks not specified in the agreement.
