The Meeting Planning Options can be customized based on Client needs and budget. A total fee for our services is determined based on the estimated hours to complete the project as defined in a customized agreement, with regards to size and scope of project and estimated number of attendees. Our fee does not include expenses associated with the project such as postage, phone, travel, printing, facility costs, freelance graphic designer, copies, etc. Our total fee for services is billed in equal installments for the duration of the project. Adjustments can be made for services not rendered. Likewise, additional fees may be assessed for unanticipated tasks not specified in the agreement.
