General Administrative Responsibilites
  • Attend meetings and email/phone correspondence with Client or Host Committee throughout the planning of the event (frequency to be determined by length of planning process and needs).
  • Manage Host Committee process throughout the planning stages of the conference.
  • Develop a working timeline for the event, with major deadlines and areas of responsibility.
  • Administrative support for a Board of Directors such as maintenance of By-Laws, meeting agenda and minutes, subcommittee follow-up, and membership projects.
The Meeting Planning Options can be customized based on Client needs and budget. A total fee for our services is determined based on the estimated hours to complete the project as defined in a customized agreement, with regards to size and scope of project and estimated number of attendees.

Our fee does not include expenses associated with the project such as postage, phone, travel, printing, facility costs, freelance graphic designer, copies, etc. Our total fee for services is billed in equal installments for the duration of the project. Adjustments can be made for services not rendered. Likewise, additional fees may be assessed for unanticipated tasks not specified in the agreement.
